Youth Track Meet & Girls Team Fundraiser

Supporting today's athletes. Building tomorrow's leaders. We're running for our girls!

Saturday, December 19, 2026 at Showalter Stadium in Winter Park. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM, the first event is at 9:00 AM, and we wrap up by 4:00 PM.

Events: 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay.

Age groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-16, plus an Open division for ages 17 & up. Boys and girls race separately.

Entry is $45 for up to 3 events. Add-on events: $10 (1) · $15 (2) · $20 (3 or more). Relays $10 per team. Late registration +$10 from December 6. Registration closes December 12.

All proceeds benefit the Vic Sports Training Girls Team and help support training, competition and athlete development.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that soccer is a physical activity that involves risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. I voluntarily allow my child to participate and accept these risks on behalf of myself and my child.

Release of Liability

In consideration of my child's participation, I release, waive, and agree not to sue Winter Park Holiday Track Classic, its organizers, coaches, staff, volunteers, and the owners of Showalter Stadium, Winter Park, FL from any claims arising from my child's participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize league staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to be responsible for any resulting medical costs.

Concussion Acknowledgment

I understand that any player showing signs of a concussion will be removed from play and may not return until cleared by a licensed healthcare provider.

Health Statement

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate, and I have disclosed any medical conditions the league should know about.

Photo and Video Release

If I have checked the photo permission box, I grant Winter Park Holiday Track Classic permission to use photos and videos of my child for league promotion and social media.

Parent Code of Conduct

I agree to encourage all players, respect coaches and referees, keep sideline comments positive, and pick up my child on time. The league may remove anyone from events for unsafe or abusive behavior, with no refund.
