What recreational looks like here
The standard of coaching does not drop because a program is recreational. What changes is the pressure, not the quality.
Play first
Recreational soccer should be the reason a player keeps coming back. Sessions are built around playing, not standing in lines.
Everyone plays
No squad is cut and nobody sits the game out. Every registered player gets real minutes every week.
After-school programs
Run at the school, at the end of the school day — so a parent is not driving across town at rush hour.
Coached properly
Recreational does not mean unstructured. The same coaches run these sessions with a plan for each one.
Dates published up front
Every game and session date is listed when you register, so a season can be planned around.
A step into more if they want it
A player who catches the bug can move into group training or trial for the tournament team. No pressure either way.
